Madho Lal Hussain’s Shrine, Lahore, Punjab
A malang (devotee) performing dhamaal at the Shrine of Madho Lal Hussain, a revered Punjabi Sufi saint and poet. All shrines have their share of malangs who live on the premises and survive on alms. They tend to be unkempt and wear colourful and patched robes, hundreds of beads and are usually high on opium.
